Lauren Carlini

Lauren Carlini is an Olympic silver medalist and a highly accomplished volleyball player who has transitioned her expertise from international competition to strategic coaching and brand collaborations. After earning the prestigious Gatorade National Volleyball Player of the Year award in 2012, Lauren Carlini went on to an impactful collegiate career at the University of Wisconsin from 2013 to 2016. During this successful period, Carlini was named Big Ten Freshman of the Year in 2013 and Big Ten Player of the Year in 2014. Sullivan Award in 2017 as America’s best amateur athlete.

Transitioning her extensive expertise, Carlini was hired by the University of Wisconsin in September 2024 as an offensive analyst and strategy consultant, bringing her strategic understanding to collegiate coaching. Additionally, she will compete for LOVB Madison in 2025, participating in the league’s inaugural season. Carlini’s career highlights also include her participation in the Youth World Championship in Ankara in 2011, underscoring her early and sustained impact on the international volleyball stage.
