Ndamukong Suh, born on January 6, 1987, in Portland, Oregon, established himself as a dominant force in Football. His early life involved excelling in four sports at Grant High School, including football, basketball, soccer, and track and field. He earned first-team All-PIL honors on both offense and defense, and was recognized as the 2004 Portland Interscholastic League Defensive Player of the Year. He continued his athletic and academic pursuits at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, where he played for the Nebraska Cornhuskers football team from 2005 to 2009, earning a degree in construction management.

Suh’s college career was highly acclaimed, culminating in numerous awards in 2009, such as the Associated Press College Football Player of the Year, Bronko Nagurski Trophy, Chuck Bednarik Award, Lombardi Award, and Outland Trophy, solidifying his status as one of college football’s most decorated players. He was then selected by the Detroit Lions as the second overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft. His professional career spanned 13 seasons, playing for the Detroit Lions, Miami Dolphins, Los Angeles Rams, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Philadelphia Eagles. Across these teams, Suh participated in three Super Bowls and achieved a Super Bowl championship with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Super Bowl LV during the 2020 season.

After retiring from the NFL in July 2025, Suh shifted his focus toward business and media. He developed a reputation for strategic investments in various sectors including tech, consumer goods, and private equity through his family office, House of Spears Management. His post-playing career also includes hosting “No Free Lunch,” a business and finance podcast and digital series, and serving as a pundit for Sky Sports NFL coverage, demonstrating his diverse interests and capabilities beyond the football field.
