Her early defensive prowess became evident with her selection for England U19s, which included a tour to Jamaica, followed by her participation in the U21s World Youth Cup program. Quashie joined the prestigious Vitality Roses program in 2017, making her senior international debut against Jamaica in 2018.

Since 2017, she has also been a consistent presence with the London Mavericks, where her exceptional on-court contributions were recognized when she was named the Players’ Player of the Season in 2019.
