Robbie Rogers

Robbie Rogers achieved early career success after signing his first professional contract with Dutch Eredivisie side Heerenveen in August 2006. He then returned to the United States in February 2007, joining Major League Soccer (MLS) team Columbus Crew. During his tenure with Columbus Crew from 2007 to 2011, Rogers became a regular starter, pivotal in the team’s 2008 MLS Cup victory and two Supporters’ Shield titles in 2008 and 2009. His individual performance was recognized with an MLS Best XI selection in 2008 and an MLS Player of the Week award.

Rogers permanently retired from soccer in November 2017 due to injuries. Transitioning from a decorated athletic career, Rogers successfully moved into the entertainment industry as a producer, actor, and writer. He has produced acclaimed projects including the 2022 film My Policeman and the long-running television series All American, which began in 2018 and is slated to run through 2025. Rogers also made a cameo appearance in the Oscar-nominated film Love, Simon in 2018.

Further expanding his producing credits, he executive produced the 2023 limited series Fellow Travelers, which garnered critical acclaim. Looking ahead, Robbie Rogers continues to expand his presence in the entertainment landscape, with the executive produced film The Last Guest of the Holloway Motel currently in development for a 2025 release. His diverse career trajectory, from breaking barriers as a professional athlete to his current roles as a successful producer and creative talent, underscores his multifaceted appeal and bookability across film and television.
