Sarah Jeffery

Born Sarah Marie Jeffery on April 3, 1996, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, she began performing in musicals and theatrical productions at the age of three. Her career in film and television began in her teenage years. Jeffery secured her first television role in the Cartoon Network pilot “Aliens in the House.” While attending Langley Fine Arts School, she was cast in a series regular role on DirecTV’s “Rogue,” portraying the teenage daughter of Thandiwe Newton’s character. During the production of “Rogue,” Jeffery also took on a role in M. Night Shyamalan’s event series for FOX, “Wayward Pines,” working alongside actors such as Matt Dillon, Melissa Leo, and Terrence Howard.

Following her work on “Rogue” and “Wayward Pines,” Sarah Jeffery was cast in the Disney Channel movie “Descendants,” directed by Kenny Ortega. The film premiered to 12.2 million total viewers. Jeffery also explored independent film with her role in “Across the Line,” portraying a teenager dealing with racial tensions at school. This film, directed by Director X, won the Best Atlantic Feature Award at the 2015 Atlantic Film Festival. She became a series regular on the NBC series “Shades of Blue” as Cristina, the daughter of Jennifer Lopez’s character, splitting her time between Los Angeles and Vancouver. In 2018, Jeffery took on a lead role as Maggie Vera in The CW’s reboot series “Charmed,” which centered on three sisters discovering their magical abilities.
