Angela Ruch is an incredible, multitasking, multitalented and beautiful lady best known for being one of only three female drivers in the internationally renowned icon that is NASCAR. The niece of former Daytona 500 Champion Derrike Cope, Ruch made her debut in 2019 in the Gander Outdoors Truck Series in the no.8 JJ Resources Chevy at the prestigious and historic super speedway. In February 2019, Ruch also went down in the history books as the first female driver in history with the NASCAR Truck Series to lead laps at Daytona International Speedway.
This speed queen is also a dedicated mother, and together with her husband, businessman Mike Ruch best known for being the CEO of Industrial Timber- one of the largest frame manufacturers in the world, they have adopted two children, one of which being born less than twenty four hours before her race at Daytona Speedway. Their incredible life and their dedication to parenthood is currently being filmed as the subject of the first series of The Ruch Life, a fly on the wall documentary about their family.
When not racing around the track, Ruch is a big supporter of the non-profit organization Give A Child A Voice, an enterprise created by her own nephew, Eric Erdman.
