Randy Moehlman

Randy Moehlman, a 1994 graduate of the University of Missouri, has established a broadcasting career focused on sports announcing. He began his professional journey gaining experience in various sports announcing roles. In 2007, Moehlman started serving as the public address announcer for the River City Rascals, a professional baseball team in the Frontier League, located in O’Fallon, Missouri. His work during this period also included announcing multiple sports events for Webster Groves High School and engaging in voice-over projects for different companies across Missouri.

His connection with his alma mater deepened significantly in 2010 when he was named the new public address announcer for Mizzou football. This role placed him in a prominent position within the university’s athletic events, succeeding previous long-standing announcers. Moehlman’s responsibilities expanded to include public address announcing for Mizzou Men’s Basketball, further solidifying his presence in collegiate sports broadcasting. He has expressed his honor in this role, recognizing the legacy of those who held the position before him, and aiming to contribute to the gameday experience for Mizzou fans.

Beyond his public address duties, Randy Moehlman has also taken on play-by-play broadcasting roles. He works as an SEC Network Play-by-Play Broadcaster for Mizzou Athletics and as a professional play-by-play broadcaster for SIUE Athletics, with broadcasts appearing on platforms such as ESPN+ and SEC+. His career, spanning over a decade with SIUE, also includes announcing for SIUE Women’s Basketball and Softball. In addition to his broadcasting work, he has ventured into voice-over, narration, podcast, and public speaking engagements, while also having a professional background in the brokerage services industry.
