This venture marked a significant shift towards specialized online nutrition counseling for children, teens, and families across Canada. Her expertise spans various areas, including picky eating, starting solids, ADHD, eating disorders, prenatal and postnatal nutrition, and women’s health. Sarah is frequently sought after as a media spokesperson, freelance writer, recipe developer, and consultant for various organizations, including food brands, healthcare facilities, and non-profit groups.
Sarah’s commitment to evidence-based practices and a client-centered approach has made her a trusted figure in family nutrition. She provides practical, non-judgmental guidance, aiming to create positive mealtime experiences for families. Her company, Centred Nutrition Collective, comprises a team of dietitian moms who combine professional knowledge with personal experience to support families in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario, and the Maritime provinces.
