During his junior season with the Aggies, Williams solidified his place as one of the nation’s premier running backs, earning first-team all-SEC and second-team All-American honors. He made headlines by shattering school records for single-season all-purpose yards and rushing yards, showcasing his exceptional talent and versatility on the field.

In March 2023, Williams reaffirmed his commitment to the Cincinnati Bengals by re-signing with the team on a one-year contract.
