Colombian singer and talent show winner Camilo is known for his Latin pop style and heartfelt vocals, having released numerous singles and albums.

Growing up, Camilo enjoyed listening to his family’s record collection and was inspired from a young age to pursue music. He teamed up with his sister, and the pair entered the TV talent show XS Factor, but unfortunately were not successful. Determined to make it in the music industry, Camilo returned as a solo performer for the 2007 series of the show and went on to win the fierce competition. The win catapulted him to fame, and he has since made several appearances on Colombian television as well as releasing his own music. After a five year break from recording, Camilo made the move to Miami in 2015, and started to write extensively for other artists including Becky G, Mau y Ricky and Anitta.

It was after a few years of writing for other musicians that Camilo relaunched himself as a solo artist, making radical changes to his look and his sound. He took on more of a reggaeton and Latin pop sound which proved to be an instant success with his fans. Camilo was signed to Sony Music Latin, and made his first US television appearance at the 2019 Premios Juventud in his hometown of Miami. His most recent album shot straight to the top of the Latin Pop Albums chart and Camilo looks set for many more years of newfound success.
