Brother of surf gang founder Kala Alexander, some say Alexander had big boots to fill. Regardless of Kala’s shadow, Alexander lives and breathes surfing and everyone that knows him will reassure you of his undoubtable skill on the waves. Alexander has grown up around some of the best surfers in the world, meaning the pressure to live up to the standards of his surroundings and the talented people that make the area so special. Alexander was able to feed off the energy and competitiveness of other surfers, making him that little bit better everyday. Lucky enough to spend most of his time surfing the perfectly shaped barrels of Tahiti and the surrounding passes, Alexander learnt to perfect his craft in some of the finest surf on planet earth. Whilst it isn’t his home, Alexander has come to find a sense of belonging in the people and places that make this special place a haven for professional surfers.
