Brooke Thomas
The lovely Brooke Thomas is an award-winning broadcast journalist, news anchor, reporter, and TV personality. She is best known as Fox Soul’s Black Report news anchor, and as the news anchor for Fox 11’s Good Day LA.
Born and raised in Oklahoma, Thomas attended the University of Oklahoma where she studied journalism. She started her on-air career working at Texas’s KLBK in 2010 where she served as a weekend anchor and news reporter, and two years later took up the position of Good Morning Memphis news anchor with Fox 13 News, WHBQ in Tennessee. In 2014 she joined Eye Opener TV as their host and news anchor, before moving on in 2016 to join the team at CBS3 Eyewitness News in Philadelphia.
In 2017 Thomas settled in Los Angeles and started working as the host and producer for The Young Turks Network, as well as working freelance as a reporter and news anchor for Fox 11 LA. In September 2020 she started anchoring the daily national newscast on the then new streaming network Fox Soul, and in August 2021 she also became the news anchor on Good Day LA for Fox 11 Los Angeles KTTV.
Thomas regularly connects with her legions of followers and fans through Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, posting pictures and videos of her life around broadcasting.
