Away from music, Joseph talks to students of all ages about character development, self-esteem, self-respect, and personal growth, and has conducted a TEDx Talk. With his wife, Stephanie, he founded the non-profit organisation I Matter! You Matter!, which sets out to create positive change for young people of all ages, as well as providing aid and support to the homeless and Veterans.
