Digital media modal Meridith Valiando Rojas is an American concert producer and co-founder and CEO of DigiTour Media. DigiTour has become the largest producer of live events for teenagers in America, with investors including Ben Silverman, Advance Publications, Guy Oseary and Ryan Seacrest. Cosmopolitan named her as one of 2015’s 50 Fun and Fearless Women, and Adweek listed her as one of the Young Influentials of 2017 and as one of nine innovators shaping the future of entertainment and media. In 2017 she received a Top Women In Digital award, and Forbes featured Valiando-Rojas in an article titled “Meridith Valiando is Bringing YouTube to Concert Halls”.
Valiando-Rojas kicked off her career in the music industry working in Columbia Records A&R division whilst she was still studying at the New York University Tisch School of the Arts. She became head of A&R at Spirit Music Publishing after her graduation, managing music catalogues for the likes of Velvet Underground and Bob Marley. After moving to Los Angeles, she was appointed as Senior Creative Director at Rondor/Universal Music Publishing Group in 2011.
Valiando-Rojas founded Digitour with her music producer husband Christoper Rojas in 2010, and Digitour has since produced over 70 events in Europe and North America featuring a mix of popular Vine and YouTube stars along with traditional recording acts. The list of DigiTour entertainers so far includes Demi Lovato, Fifth Harmony, O2L, Bella Thorne, Karmin and Cimorelli.
