Tony Cottee was a high scoring Soccer professional who is now an accomplished and talented TV pundit. Cottee began his career with West Ham, signing in May 1981. Before long he turned pro and made his full debut against Tottenham Hotspur, scoring the first goal in a 3-0 win. In all, Tony scored 146 goals for West Ham across two separate spells with the club, and then 99 for Everton whom he later played for, and a total of 34 for Leicester across a career total of 700 competitive career games. In all he amassed a career transfer fee of more than four million pounds and proved a key player for a number of great sides. Proof of this comes in the fact that he won PFA Young Player of the Year and played a number of times for England.
Just before Tony retired from the game, he signed for Millwall and with that became the only player to play for a Premiership, first, second and third division club in just one season. Tony now works for Sky TV and BBC Radio 5 Live as a Soccer pundit and also for West Ham doing hospitality work on a match day. Tony Cottee is a top pundit with a great eye for the game who can really excite and entertain all sort of audiences and is natural in front of the camera, as well as on the mic.
