Jamie-Lynn Sigler

Born in New York in 1981, Jamie-Lynn’s career was catapulted by her role as Meadow Soprano in the award-winning show The Sopranos from 1997 to 2007. She has since developed a far-reaching and evermore impressive career as an actor, singer, writer and podcaster. Having begun acting at the age of 7, the film and TV set was Jamie-Lynn’s home in the beginning of her lengthy career. Having taken lead roles in films and Broadway productions throughout the early 2000’s as well as starring in award-winning TV shows such as Entourage, How I Met Your Mother, Will and Grace and Saturday Night Live. A well-loved personality, Jamie-Lynn extended her talents to singing in 2001, when she released the album Here to Heaven and co-authored her autobiography Wise Girl: What I’ve Learned About Life, Love, and Loss in 2002. All while continuing her acting career with current productions such as the horror movie Hunting Season and comedy The Virgin of Highland Park, Jamie-Lynn has also recently turned her interests to podcasting. In 2019, she launched the “Mama Said” podcast, co-hosted by musician Jenna Parris. With listens reaching far into the millions, the two down to earth stars discuss the challenges and realities of parenting and motherhood. With her extensive social media following, Jamie-Lynn has become no less than an inspiration and significant figure for mothers around the world. Jamie-Lynn has also recently released the “Pajama Pants” podcast alongside The Sopranos co-star Robert Iler and Youtuber Kassem G.
